Callie Wylie is an author, speaker, podcast host, and leadership strategist with more than 15 years of experience scaling companies, driving revenue, building high-performing teams, and coaching executives. She’s passionate about helping ambitious people navigate the messy middle—the part where you’re building something, figuring yourself out, and don’t have all the answers.

As the author of Fascination, Callie explores identity, ambition, grief, and reinvention—and the space between who we’re expected to be and who we actually are. Her message is simple: you don’t need permission to build a life that feels like yours.

Callie brings strategy, honesty, irreverence, and reckless optimism to every stage, challenging people to stop playing small and start owning who they are.
